Mike Burdick is founder and President of Progressive Sealing and Progressive Technologies. He has been involved in the fluid sealing industry since 1975. The Progressive group of companies covers Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Dan has been a Sealing Device Specialist since 1984, serving Western Canada's Industrial markets. Dan is also Progressive Sealing Inc.'s ARC Composite Technical Specialist and supports ARC in the North West U.S. region for Progressive Technologies Inc.

Paul has been with Progressive Sealing for almost two years now, but has been in the Pulp&Paper sealing industry since 1985 . Prior to coming to Progressive, Paul spent eleven years as territory manager for B.C. 's largest gasket distributor. Cultivating strong business relationships has been one of Paul's specialties as well as providing his customers with the latest in sealing solutions. Paul's spare time is filled with doing things with his wife Laurie and three teenagers as well as going to the gym.

Stephen has been a full line specialist with PROGRESSIVE SEALING for 9 years concentrating mainly in the North West portion of Alberta and Northern Saskatchewan.

David has been a Sealing Device Specialist since 1985, serving western British Columbia's industrial and Pulp & Paper market. David has a keen interest in the advancing technology of today's sealing solutions. His indepth knowledge and ability to suit his customers with the best available product is second to none. David is a devoted family man, and he and his wife Christine have two young boys. David is involved with Minor Hockey and is a coach on his son's team.
